Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to download upgrades and receive support for purchased plugins/extensions.
MULTIPLE SITE LICENSE
Only Multiple Sites Licenses can be used for more than one installation. Single site Licenses can be used for one installation only. Development/Test servers are not included in this count.
Updates are included for free for one year only. If you have a valid and active license key, updates can be downloaded from your account page.
Support for purchased plug-ins or extensions is provided for up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support for longer than one year, you must purchase another license. Support is only provided to users with problems that relate to direct plug-in or extension bugs, errors and / or behaviors, not to user problems that arise due to conflicts with other plugins / extensions / themes or server issues.
The plugin should not be purchased for evaluation purposes. We will not refund any money in cases like this.

If the plugin/extension fails to function properly due to a bug that we cannot support, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
- Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and solve any problem related to the plugin by opening a support ticket. We handle support tickets as they come but it may take us up to 7 business days to solve an issue.
- License must be deactivated on the customer’s website before a refund.
- Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date, will not be given a refund is granted.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the plugin/extension or if plugin/extension was purchased for evaluation purposes. Please use a free edition of the plugin for evaluation when available , or ask to access our Demo Site for testing purposes.
- Refunds will not be granted in case of coding conflicts that are related to any other plugins/extensions that are installed on your site. We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts for an additional charge.
- Refunds will not be granted for the full year subscription.
