If the plugin fails to function properly due to a bug that we cannot support, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
Refund Policy Terms
- Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and solve any problem related to the plugin by opening a support ticket. We handle support tickets as they come but it may take us up to 7 business days to solve an issue.
- License must be deactivated on the customer’s website before a refund.
- Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date, will not be given a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the plugin or if plugin was purchased for evaluation purposes. Please use a free edition of the plugin for evaluation, or ask to access our Demo Site for testing the plugin.
- Refunds will not be granted in case of coding conflicts that are related to any other plugins that are installed on your site. We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts for an additional charge.
- Refunds will not be granted for the yearly membership package.
